The Mississippi Lottery started selling scratch-off tickets in November 2019. Mega Millions and Powerball were the first draw games to be launched in the state, when tickets went on sale in January 2020.
A three-digit, four-digit, and five-digit game will also begin in the first three months of 2020, but no further information is currently available.

Pick 4 Lottery Systems
Pick 4 may be a daily draw game with a top prize of $5,000 when it launches. It could feature a variety of play types with different odds and wager amounts, including Straight, Box, Straight/Box, and Combo.
How to Play
This section reflects how the game is played in neighboring Louisiana. When details of Mississippi's four-digit game are released, this page will be updated.
Select your favorite four-digit number from 0 through 9, or opt for Quick Pick to have the lottery terminal randomly choose your numbers.
There may be four play styles to choose from. Here's an overview and how you could win on each one:
- Straight: Win by matching the number drawn in exact order (cost: 50¢ or $1)
- Box: Win by matching the number drawn - digits may be in any order (cost: 50¢ or $1)
- Straight/Box: Combines a 50 cent Straight play and a 50 cent Box play. Win by matching all digits in exact order and/or any order (cost: $1)
- Combo: Win by matching the number drawn - digits may be in any order. Combo equals all possible combinations of your digits for a Straight prize (cost: $2 to 24 - 4 to 24 times the single play amount)
Multidraw is a feature that the Mississippi game may have; you could save time and play your lucky numbers in future draws by playing two, three, four, five, six, seven or 14 consecutive draws. By default Multidraw begins with the next available draw.
Would you like to play on a particular day of the week? If Advance Play is available, you can enter the draw for any future day out of the next six days. If you're playing Multidraw, you can choose a day of the week to start your plays.
